Other oceanfront complexes in the area offer low reduced rates as new renter move in specials and then increase your rent 20% the next year and 10% per year thereafter causing many to not be able to afford to continue living oceanfront.

Initial lease period will run through 6/30/26 and then will be offered annual lease renewals after that.

Lease includes 1 reserved, covered, secure, parking space. If you do not need the parking space, you can rent out the space to other residents for approx $200/ month due to high demand and limited supply.

AS THE UNIT IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY A TENANT, SHOWINGS WILL BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The tenant is desirous of terminating their lease early, so the move in date is flexible according to your needs.
