3020 E 17th St

This house is currently vacant of furniture. But the photos were before I rented to the last tenant, who destroyed almost everything. A 1913 Crafstman Bungalow built for the Bixby Ranch. It is small but astounding inside and out. Fireplace in... living room with mantel. Craftsman window moldings throughout. Dark wood Laminate wood flooring downstairs. Carpeted upstairs in the improved attic access space. The master bedroom is downstairs. The bathroom is lined with gray granite. A new toilet and a pedestal sink complete the bathroom. All the windows have faux plantation blinds in bright white.
The kitchen is completely improved with newer refer, newer dishwasher, newer sink, faucets, etc. Loads of cabinetry, and a stackable washer and dryer exists next to the utility sink. The floors are Crema Marfit Marble. Going outside, you enter a covered hallway. On the left side you step down into the outside garden area. Raised beds with tomatos, squash, watermellon, basil etc. Malibu pebbles will keep your feet dry and clean. On the other side you go down some steps into the back gazebo area. A fountain bubbles in front of you, and the gazebo is lined with Silk gilded saris from India.
Glass table two bright painted chairs. Blue and gold silk saris hang from the gazebo. Then with it's own locked door you enter the back room/ garage.

This is a special house. The tenant will pay their own utilities. There is an ADT security set up in the house, but you will need to activate that yourselves.
This property is located in the Zaferia Neighborhood of Long Beach. Zaferia became part of Long Beach in 1912. It is a historic style neighborhood with small, cute and homey houses. This house is located 1/2 block from the Elementary School and only 1 blocks from Pacific Coast Highway, and 2 blocks from Redondo Ave. Great location with easy access to everything.
