My daughter lives there and is a school teacher. 2000-square-foot home on a 10,000-square-foot lot. Lots of room.... Shared bathroom. Light Kitchen, laundry, and dryer. Close to all freeways and East of Chapman College. Perfect for a working, mature student. No drug use. Quiet neighborhood. It has a microwave, bed, refrigerator, dresser, and nightstand. Utilities are included, with the exception of the jacuzzi. If the use of a jacuzzi is frequent, then the gas bill would be split two ways. A workout room with weights and equipment is available for careful use.
It is a beautiful property and a lovely neighborhood.
