Very nice townhouse in a quiet residential community, located at Culver and Campus, across the street from UCI. I rent out the master bedroom which has vaulted ceilings, plenty of closet and cabinet space, private dual... sink bathroom, shower and toilet. The room has a sliding glass door that opens up to the patio. The room can be unfurnished or furnished with a queen size bed, large study desk, a large dresser with mirror. Full house privileges include kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, living room, garage with washer and dryer. There is a community park with a pool and jacuzzi, basketball and volleyball court.

The room is available starting May 1, possibly sooner or later. Monthly rent is $1,500 total. No cost for utilities or high-speed internet. Rent is on a month-to-month basis and if everything works well for us, you can live here as long as you wish. I usually charge a $400 deposit. I live here in-house in another bedroom and bathroom. I'm a professional, college degreed, and typically work off-site in the evenings and afternoons, my schedule sometimes changes.

I'm looking for a a working adult or student that is chill, responsible, respectful, and can keep things somewhat tidy in the common areas.

Available anytime to meet up and show you the place. My current renter has been with me for almost five years, has graduated UCI, and relocating closer to his work. I just need to coordinate with him to show the room.
