Cheryl and her sister and business partner, Linda, were born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, North of Los Angeles. In 1974 their father was a corporate transferee and moved the family to Orange County, CA. In 1976 Cheryl obtained her Real Estate License and began selling Orange County real estate full time at the age of 21, and she obtained her Real Estate Broker License in 1985. When Linda obtained her Real Estate License in 1993, they began working full time as a team. Raised with strong work ethics and values, Cheryl and Linda strive to exceed the client’s expectations. Achieving their client’s goal is their priority. Their personal experience of moving to Orange County when they were young helps them understand what families go thru when being relocated. Both professionals also entered the real estate market at a young age and understand the importance of real estate investing in Orange County.
