We have a 10' x 13' room for rent in our home with its own private bathroom for a single tenant. We are Christians in our late 50s (I'm in IT, and she is working on a master's degree in theology). Our ideal tenant is a Christian... gentleman over 40 who works outside the home. Full kitchen, dining room & washer/dryer privileges. AC/Heater unit is private to the room w/ remote control. Rent includes all utilities including electricity, gas, water, high-speed internet and DirecTV. There is a single bed, a dresser and a 32" flat screen TV, but these can be removed if necessary. Room has lock & key. Street parking for 1 registered vehicle. Must pass professional background check, work outside the home, no sleepovers. Rent is month-to-month, but we hope if it works out, you'll be comfortable staying a while. We have 2 cats who have their shots & would never be in your room. We simply want to rent to the right person where you are happy and we are happy :)
