Close to campus off Chapman ave, can walk to Starbucks, I n out Burger, and 24 Hour Fitness. ... A park is is two blocks away. Parking for four cars on the paver driveway and two in the garage. A big backyard to hold BBQ,s and relaxing. Surrounded by Million Dollar homes (Rev. Schiller compound and Historic Eichler Homes.) Washer ,Dryer , Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher ,refrigerator, a/c provided. Tenant pays all Utilities, except trash. Electricity is generated by solar. $3950 per month .
