Room in resort style house near hiking trail

Furnished rooms in a large resort-style house. Downstairs Room has Cal King bed (or split into 2 twin XLs), desk & chair, dresser, nightstand, bookshelf, and closet. The downstairs room is almost a private bathroom and a private outdoor sitting... area that overlooks the hiking trail. The upstairs room also has a Cal King Bed (can't split the mattress) with a walk-in closet and shares a very large bathroom with another grad student. Very peaceful, surrounded by nature. Big house, no shared bedroom walls.

Communal kitchen and living areas. Pool/spa outback that feels like a private resort. Hiking trail out front with hill views. Plenty of safe street parking directly in front of the house. In-unit laundry room upstairs. Utilities included. Streaming TV channels, Netflix, Apple, Hulu, Amazon, Wifi, electric, gas, all included in monthly rent. Super easy. Just bring your bags and settle in. 2x a month cleaning at the house, rooms included.

People in the house are a graduate student, resident owners who are an executive couple with a small frenchie dog. All work a lot and like to share this large house with responsible grad/international students. Have hosted International/Grad/Internship students for the last 12 years. Organic and peaceful. Looking for the same.
