2nd Livingroom area can serve as Bedroom 5 - Queen Leather sofa sleeper and full size futon couch, bar/kitchenette area with sink, microwave, fridge, hot plate and full kitchen pots and pans, dishes set up. Bar seating for 4 w/ bar stools. Can be a full separate living room area w/ 2nd kitchen or it can serve as a 5th bedroom w/ kitchenette depending on your needs.
