We are a four bedroom home in a quiet, middle class and crime free neighborhood. Landlady is a working professional and one other occupant is a working professional, male. We are quiet, respectful and polite, work during the day, study at night. ... We have 4 friendly, spoiled cats who stay outdoors during the day and inside their own room at night. We enjoyed many foreign students here and are open to helping with getting adjusted. This neighborhood is within walking distance of many retail stores, restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, etc We appreciate someone who is quiet, clean and considerate. We do not allow study friends or overnight visitors to keep our home private and peaceful. This one level home is newly painted, remodeled and upgraded to current standards with a modest backyard (for the cats) and fenced front yard with seating to take in the California sunshine.
